Journaling for Healing and Self-care 5/1

In this workshop, we explore how to set up, create, and start a journaling habit. Participants will learn how journaling can help to process the world, document their emotions, and identify actions to help them feel more in control of their lives.
We will provide a journal and a few creative writing tools to get you started. Feel free to bring your favorite journal if preferred.

Reservations Required: Reserve your spot by pre-paying online. Sign-up closes 24 hours prior to event in order to have a headcount for preparing supplies.

1 drink per person is included. Please select your drink preference at this form after making a reservation. You are welcome to bring your own drinks and snacks.

Refunds & Cancellations
We understand things come up last minute. Our events take an immense amount of time and resources to plan. Therefore, if you reserve a spot and you cannot attend, our policies are as follows:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more from the date/time of event will receive a full refund.
- Refunds are not provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours from day/time of event (unless we can re-book your seat) or for no-shows on the day of the event.
- If you cannot make it, you are also welcome to give your spot to someone else for the workshop.
