Frequently asked questions
Due to rising costs, we are no longer offering free shipping. We keep our prices reasonable to offset the cost of packaging and delivery. We appreciate you shopping with us vs megastores with free shipping.
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, Monday-Saturday. If there is a delay beyond that, we will notify you via email.
The shipping estimate calculated on our website is approximate. If you need a package delivered by a specific date, please inquire before purchasing.
If you are shipping to an APO or FPO address, the estimated time of arrival may be a lot longer than calculated at checkout.
We have no control of your package once the items have been handed off to the carrier. If there is a delivery delay or other delivery issue, it is your responsibility to track it with the carrier.
If a package is lost or damaged, you can file a claim with the carrier using your tracking number.
To issue refunds for a damaged package, we will need photos of the damaged items emailed to shop@slacklinepress.com.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as bath and beauty products).
- We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
- Merchandise that is damaged after being used cannot be returned but we are happy to put you in contact with the vendor for options they may have.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at shop@slacklinepress.com or visit our shop in Branford, CT.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For online orders, returns will need to be sent to the following address: 562 Main Street, Branford CT 06405.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@slacklinepress.com.
If you have a tax exemption, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can create a custom invoice for your purchase. We cannot refund tax after checkout.

If you are an independent brand or maker interested in working with us, we ask that you please send your information via email.
We do not meet with vendors during business hours without appointments.
We mostly work with brands that are set-up with wholesale accounts.
We occasionally take on consignment with the following criteria and terms:
- Clear pricing with images in the form of a catalog, website or price sheets that can be emailed to us.
- 30 day terms to start
- Pay-outs at the end of the month (or 30 days)
- Vendor is responsible for delivery and pick-up of items to be consigned.
