How long will the marshmallows last?
To maintain freshness, your marshmallows should be stored in a cool, dark place and can be refrigerated to maximize shelf life. Just remove from fridge and allow to come to room temperature and they’re as good as new. If kept in original packaging, the shelf life is 10 months. After opening (and you don’t happen to eat them all right away!) keep product in an air tight container for maximum freshness. The marshmallows will harden with time and exposure to air.
