White Sage + Lavendar

White Sage has so many wonderful properties, both metaphysical and medicinal. All wands are wrapped with a tiny bundle of lavender. White Sage is known for its cleansing energy, removing negative energy from the space and person. It is a great tool for meditation and mindfulness.

Before burning, set your intention for the ritual, even speak it out loud while cleansing the space. Saging your space can help ease anxiety and lift depression through a mindful practice. White sage also is antimicrobial and a natural insect repellent.
